Until Dec. 30, the Flight Instructor Refresher Course, sponsored by the Bell Helicopter Training Academy, is only $175 for HAI members ($275 for nonmembers). The most intensive program in the industry, this FIRC is led by instructor Gary Young of Performance Instruction Services. Gary was a test pilot/instructor pilot at the Bell Customer Training Academy for 37 years and served as the chief flight instructor for the last nine years, retiring in 2004.

New and transitioning pilots and mechanics won’t want to miss the Heli-Success Career Development Seminar, run by Lyn Burks of Justhelicopters.com and his team of industry experts.
