New Business Manager Hired for Capital Avionics, Inc.

Crestview, FL -- Capital Avionics, Inc. announces that Peter A. Mohylsky has joined the staff of its Crestview, FL location as business manager. Capital Avionics is a leading avionics service facility serving customers throughout the world, specializing in aircraft avionics installation, repair, maintenance and recertification with full environmental screening capabilities, including radar and GPS systems.  It also brings over 30 years of test equipment design, training and manufacturing expertise in support of aviation customers and maintenance facilities around the world.  Capital Avionics is a factory authorized distributor for most major avionics, radar and GPS manufacturers including Garmin, Honeywell and Rockwell Collins. It specializes in troubleshooting and repair of difficult-to-diagnose avionics faults. In addition, iut provides installation and maintenance on a wide variety of avionics packages.

Capital Avionics also manufactures the very successful CA-320 Digital compass. This digital compass can be used to calibrate an aircraft magnetic compass in lieu of towing the aircraft to a surveyed compass rose. 

Mohylsky recently left VSI, LLC, a subsidiary of Elbit Industries, where he was the site manager for the Pilot Fit Facility supporting the Joint Strike Fighter program at Eglin AFB, FL. He is a retired USAF pilot who also holds an Air Transport Pilot rating with over 15,000 total flight hours. He has worked in the aviation industry since his retirement from the USAF with a variety of companies preparing him for his current position with Capital Avionics.
