TEC ACES Systems announces Acquisition and Merger with Dynamic Instruments

ACES announces the acquisition and merger of Technology for Energy Corporation / ACES Systems, Knoxville TN and Dynamic Instruments, San Diego, CA.  Effective February 24, 2011, the operations of the Dynamic Instruments Military Vibrations Product Line transferred to Technology for Energy Corporation (TEC). TEC, under its ACES Systems Division, designs and manufactures aviation maintenance test equipment that is sold primarily into the commercial aviation markets.    

"We believe the pairing of the commercial aviation products manufactured by ACES Systems with the military vibration and aviation products of Dynamic Instruments will create a stronger and more focused supplier of your military and aviation test equipment," says Larry Lehmann, VP of Marketing and Sales for Aces. TEC / ACES Systems is now officially TEC/ACES – Dynamic Instruments.

Lehmann says TEC will continue to provide the high quality products and services you are accustomed to receiving from the existing facility located at 3860 Calle Fortunada in San Diego, California and the Knoxville location at 10737 Lexington Dr., Knoxville Tennessee.  Paul Whitten, VP and General Manager for TEC/Aces Dynamic Instruements says "The key Dynamic Instrument employees responsible for selling and servicing our products have all transitioned to become employees of TEC.  We anticipate no change in the service that you have been receiving."

As part of this transition, the official correspondence will be updated to indicate our now more accurate name, ACES-Dynamic Instruments (a Division of Technology for Energy Corp).
