Duncan Aviation Component Services Offers Guaranteed 14-Day Turntime

Duncan Aviation’s Component Repair Services is offering a guaranteed 14-day turntime on repair and overhaul services for a limited time. Now through July 31, 2017, avionics, instruments and accessories units sent to the Duncan Aviation Components Repair in Lincoln, NE, will be turned and shipped within 14 days of receipt or the customer will receive $100 credit toward labor on that invoice. This quick-turn guarantee comes with only two stipulations:  1) Parts for the repair must be available, and 2) customers need to approve their quotes within 24 hours.

The Duncan Aviation component repair shops that are participating in this quick-turn guarantee are: Autopilot/Flight Director Systems, Battery, DME Transceivers, Eletromechanical, Electronics, Gyros, Horizontal Situation Indicators (HSI), Navigation/Communication Systems, and Radar Systems. Customers can identify available component repair capabilities through the Duncan Aviation Repair and Overhaul Capabilities search engine at myDuncan.aero/online/parts

While their units are in-house, customers are given access to Duncan Aviation's exclusive online project management system, myDuncan.aero.  Through myDuncan, component repair customers are able to approve work and stay current on the progress of their components' repairs, as well as view return-to-service documentation when the work is complete.

For information about available components repair services, the quick-turn guarantee and setting up a myDuncan account, contact a Duncan Aviation component customer account rep.
