Functions as the Aircraft Electrician Lead under the direction of the Battalion Production Control Supervisor. Responsible for prioritizing, tracking, and scheduling electrical component maintenance. Additionally, performs unit level aircraft electrical, navigational and avionics repair maintenance on aircraft electrical components.

What you will do:Operational checks, troubleshooting and repairs of avionics and electrical systems on all types of aircraft. Performs a variety of installation and maintenance of avionics hardware and wiring assemblies within budgeted time and at customer standards of quality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience as a utility mechanic
  • Basic understanding of FAA regulations pertaining to CFR Part 145 repair station operations.

  • 2 years experience in any industry utilizing basic mechanical skills
