Duties to be performed include: - Responsible to the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor/Lead for Organizational/Flight Line Level Maintenance in support of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance required to maintain assigned aircraft/aircraft systems, components and support equipment. - Will be required to review and interpret field-related blueprints, schematics, customer technical orders, quality assurance standard practices, maintenance instructions, military specifications, quality procedures local (QPL) etc., and must be capable of interpreting and complying with all policies, Company and Manufacturer directives/policies as may be required and directed by management. - Shall perform aircraft special/scheduled inspections, e.g., washes, 150 hour inspections, etc. - Responsible for the self directed adherence to the Environmental, Health and Safety regulations, policies and mandated - Must be able to qualify and perform the duties of a Maintenance Mechanic - Must have experience in maintenance, repair, alignment, calibration, operation, functional tests of systems and system related equipment, corrosion detection, treatment and prevention. - Shall be qualified according to their classification specialty and the level of maintenance assigned. - Be experienced in flight line operations and safety procedures. - Must be experienced in material control functions. - High School or Equivalent - Must have a minimum of 4 years in the specific aircraft maintenance occupational field, 1. Must possess superior qualities of personal integrity, maturity, judgment and aptitude that facilitates the accomplishment of assigned work functions and cultivation of a quality work environment. Must be able to read and write the English language. Must be capable of effectively communicating both verbally and in writing. 2. Must be capable of providing training in your specialty/qualification/certifications to other employees. 3. Be capable of obtaining and maintaining all qualifications/certifications in your classification/specialty and cross train into other areas within your realm of expertise. 4. Be capable of working overtime and any assigned shift. 5. Be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. 6. Ensure strict compliance with the Tool Control Program. 7. Perform off-site related duties to include detachments when directed. 8. Will attend meetings and conferences as required and directed by management. 9.
