AssemblerNiagra Falls, NY1 Year Contract$15.00-17.00/Hr DescriptionPerforms a variety of operations to assemble precision electromechanical products such as accelerometers, gyros. Performs tasks such as drilling, reaming, burnishing, and tapping; uses precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specified tolerances; disassembles precision assemblies and corrects malfunctions. May assemble and modifies pre-production precision units for engineering personnel as directed. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory: Pay rate is 15-17 and markup is not to exceed 42%High school degree or equivalentlt;br/gt;Two (2) years experience in using a Microscope to assemble miniature part and or assemblies. lt;br/gt;#8226; Experience working in an ISO/clean room/instrument or medical device manufacturing environment.lt;br/gt;#8226; High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail a must.lt;br/gt;#8226; Ability to follow procedures, drawings, manufacturing instructions and specifications, documenting work, controlled documents.lt;br/gt;#8226; Ability to identify product issues.lt;br/gt;#8226; IPC-A-610 and/or IPC J-STD-001 certification is desireable.lt;br/gt;#8226; Previous experience in miniature precision devices is desirable.lt;br/gt;#8226; Quality control experience desirable.lt;br/gt;#8226; Good oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
