The UH-60 Aircraft Mechanic AM-II performs the full range of military tactical aircraft maintenance and maintains repairs and troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems.

Purpose and Scope: The Inspector is responsible to the Chief Inspector for accomplishing the objectives of the Airlift Inspection Department.  The purpose of the work is to provide expertise in the direction, tracking, and integration of vital work efforts in regards to inspection and maintenance of company aircraft. Essential Responsibilities:

The Aircraft Mechanic II (Avionics Mechanic Specialty) maintains repairs and modifies aircraft structures and structural components of moderate difficulty. Adjusts, repairs and/or replaces electrical wiring and aircraft system avionics.

The Army Aviation GSE- Ground Support Equipment Mechanic diagnoses malfunctions and repairs Ground Support Equipment.

The C-12 Transport Aircraft Mechanic AM-3 (King Air/C-12 AP) Performs organizational and intermediate level maintenance on King Air 200/350/1900 and/or C-12 aircraft. 

Provides maintenance, repair and modification of diesel electric generating equipment and related equipment.  Installs, removes, operates, maintains, and repairs electrical power generating and control systems, aircraft arresting systems, and associated equipment. Position is represented by a Union Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Essential Responsibilities:
