Avionics Bench TechThe ideal candidate for this position will perform the following task:* Leads projects as assigned * Makes technical decisions regarding discrepancies and job flow* Utilizes outside technical resources as required* Performs routine avionics installations and repairs on general aviation aircraft * Orders parts using Corridor * Operate test equipment* Ensures proper care of customer property at all phases of work* Utilizes outside resources (tech reps, etc) as required* Accurate completion of required paperwork and work order details in Corridor computer system* Works overtime as required without request to ensure that project delivers on time* Continually keeps clean and organized work area including personal tool box* Responsible for completing training syllabus for advancement to next level

Requirements: 

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:* 6+ years' experience working in General Aviation * Airframe or Repairman Certificate required Desired Qualifications and Experience:* FCC Certification a plusThe ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills and characteristics:* Basic sheet metal capabilities* Advanced electrical capabilities* Advanced troubleshooting skills* Proficient in use of parts, maintenance, structural repair, configuration and electrical install manuals * Mastery of wire routing and termination Benefits: Visit http://www.teamglobal.com/benefits.html for more details.
