To effectively troubleshoot and repair with very little supervision all Avionics and Electrical equipment in a safe, efficient and high quality manner in order to achieve total customer satisfaction as measured by three customer success drivers: the product was delivered "on time, on budget and squawk free." Effectively troubleshoot and repair all Avionics equipmentEffectively troubleshoot and repair all electrical systems on aircraftCommunicate progress with Department Manager and Crew Chief on a regular basisInsure all work performed is inspected by an authorized repair station inspectorInsure all paperwork is completed on a daily basis in a concise and legible mannerCommunicate to the Department manager or Crew Chief any problems/repairs that cannot be completed within a reasonable period of time or where a problem is unresolvedReport any discrepancies noted to the Crew Chief as relates to company tooling/equipmentLearn, understand and follow the company work order and parts requisition process as writtenMaintain a clean, neat, and efficient work areaRepair and calibrate shop equipment as assignedAssist other departments as assignedOther duties as assigned

Requirements: 

Ability to obtain FCC licensing and FAA Repairman CertificateRegularly required to:Sit, walk, and standTalk and hearLift objects up to 10 lbs.·Occasionally required to:Climb or balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawlReach with hands or arms, grasp or pullLift up to 25 pounds·Will have limited exposure to:Outside weather conditionsLoud noisesFive plus years' experience working on and troubleshooting aircraft avionics and airframe systems.
