Job Description:Hillsboro Aviation has an immediate opening for a full-time, year around A&P mechanic with Bell 412EP maintenance experience. Job Duties: • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on company fleet of Bell helicopters, specifically Bell 412EP.• Perform planning and scheduling of aircraft inspections and / or repairs.• Maintenance duties may be performed in remote locations or in our maintenance facility in New Mexico• Participate in component overhaul associated with Bell medium helicopters.• Travel as required in direct support of aircraft operations.Qualifications/Licenses:• Valid FAA A&P Certificate issued at least 3 years ago. Required Skills/Experience: • Documented evidence of maintaining a Bell 412EP within the previous 10 years• At least 18 months out of the last 24 months must have been actively engaged in helicopter maintenance• At least 12 months experience as an A&P mechanic maintaining turbine helicopters• At least 12 months experience maintaining a Bell 412EPPreferred Skills/Experience:• Bell medium factory training courses (field maintenance, component overhaul, electrical maintenance)• Management or shop lead level experience / desire.• 5+ years documented evidence of maintaining Bell medium helicopters.• 5+ years documented evidence of maintaining Bell 412EP• Inspection Authorization• Willingness to adjust work schedule in order to be available for after hour call outs as needed.
