RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Responsible for inspection, troubleshooting and repair of aircraft to meet company, FAA and customer
standards. This includes:
• Fully analyzes all required blueprints, drawings, work orders and sketches in order to troubleshoot, repair and install desired product or part.
• Can detect errors and correct through proper departmental channels

Assist Licensed Aircraft Mechanics in general airframe and engine inspection, repair. Open and close of inspection panels, cleaning aircraft areas prior to inspection. Aircraft towing. Assist in sheet metal repairs and fabrication. Assist in electrical and hydraulic system troubleshooting and repair. Use of hand tools and specialized tooling.

A P Mechanic:

Responsible for the effective use of available manpower to accomplish task assignments requested by Line Manager or MAC Maintenance Control to the highest level of reliability and safety in accordance with all applicable MAC, manufacturer and FAA policies, procedures, manuals and regulations.

A P Mechanic:
Responsible for inspection, troubleshooting and repair of aircraft to meet company, FAA and customer standards.

To ensure that MAC aircraft are maintained to the highest standard possible, while enforcing all procedures and policies established by MAC and Current Federal Aviation Regulations.

The Aircraft Mechanic II provides onsite maintenance support for Life Flight Network (LFN) aircrafts including management of base inventory, planning and scheduling aircraft maintenance, maintenance of the base library and LFN owned ground support equipment.

The Tool Coordinator and Technician will be responsible for maintaining all calibrated and specialty tooling. This includes communicating with Vendors, field personnel, scheduling calibrations, repairs, running due reports, managing tool movement, maintaining tools and associated calibration documents in Ramco. QUALIFICATIONS:

The Hangar Mechanic provides onsite maintenance support for Life Flight Network (LFN) aircraft including management of inventory, planning and scheduling aircraft maintenance, maintenance of the base library and LFN owned ground support equipment.

What the position is:  

Aircraft maintenance technician inspects mechanical, hydraulic, and structural systems and diagnoses malfunctions. Aircraft maintenance technicians also ensure compliance with aviation safety rules and regulations.
