Job Description:Candidates will be installing and troubleshooting avionics systems on corporate jet aircraft.

Our client is currently seeking several Structural Installers/Mechanics to support their the LSFMA L2G contract and the Dept. of State FMS program 1. L2G which is an Air Force conversion from the UH-60 L model to the G Model and 2. Dept of State FMS- phase maintenance and reset on UH-60s (and AH-1s) for the Columbian, Afghanistan, and Jordanian governments.

  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years of Manual Machinist experience
  • Must be able to perform ace mills, shell mills, end mills, and form cutters; various drills, reamers, taps, countersinks, counter bores, and core drills; various turning tools, form tools, and threading tools grinding wheels distinguished by their geometry, bond, grit size, and compound.

Minimum Requirements

  • Tools are required
  • Must be open to Overtime
  • 2+ years of experience backshop or heavy repair of structural aircraft parts

Job Description

  • Aircraft engine mechanics with GE experience, CFMI experience
  • 2 years experience on aircraft engines, military experience as engine mechanic accepted (propulsion journeyman)
  • A&P license preferred but not required
  • 1st shift
  • Must have 3 years experience as avionics troubleshooting heavy repairs
  • Must have 3 years experience of corporate aircraft experience
  • Pay is based on experience and corporate avionics experience
  • Must have certifications/documents for NAS 410 Certifications for Level II in FPI and UT Principles
  • Must have High School Diploma/GED
  • Must have 2 years minimum of Aerospace NDT inspection experience
  • Contract to direct (4 months)
