Aerotek Aviation is searching for a motivated individual to fill a Lead A &P Technician role for a corporate aviation client of ours located in Wheeling, IL.Job Description:The Lead Maintenance Technicianis responsible for conducting aircraft maintenance activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of aircraft. This role involves coordinating work schedules, prioritizing tasks, and operations to ensure quality maintenance is performed. The Lead Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining aircraft airworthiness and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Pay Rate$45-$50 per hourBenefitsCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must Haves5 plus years of corporate aircraft maintenance experienceA &P license2 plus years of Supervision experienceA &P toolsWork EnvironmentM-F 8:00am - 5:00pm. Flexibility on start and stop time. Could potentially work weekends, but rare.Working in hanger Clean environment, will mostly work inside.
