Contract Type: Full Time ndash; 12 Months (Leading to Permanent Position)

Job Overview: The Aircraft Avionics Technician troubleshoots and installs complex avionics equipment and electrical systems on aircraft.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all tasks are promptly completed in compliance with federal regulations, customer guidelines, and company policies and that all employees are working efficiently on their assigned tasks.
• Carry out avionic maintenance repairs.
• Conduct daily and impromptu crew meetings to ensure prompt communication of all significant information to maintenance crews.
• Facilitate on-the-job training through work assignments and use of mentoring to provide learning opportunities and ensure timely completion of OJT paperwork per client requirements.
• Provide regular feedback and performance coaching to all members of the assigned crew.
• Must have experience on 737 Max or 737 NG.
