Assembly TechnicianJob Description
- Provide support to engineers on technical projects and products.
- Collecting, maintaining, organizing, compiling, and manipulating technical data.
- Creating, building, assembling, modifying, and repairing prototypes.
- Preparing engineering documentation, reports, drawings, and performing mathematical calculations per engineering specifications.
- Analyze data where guidelines are provided and recommend alternative solutions to problems and obstacles.
- Set up and conduct tests, record data to assist with engineering analysis, solder cable/connector assemblies, over-mold connector assemblies, assemble sub-sea components, perform continuity and Insulation Resistance tests on completed assemblies, and hydrostatically test completed products.

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Chula Vista, CA.Work EnvironmentThe majority of work is performed in a climate-controlled environment at a desk and workstation. Occasionally, tasks may require working in the shop and warehouse. The position follows a 9/80 work schedule, where you will work 44 hours in Week 1 and 36 hours in Week 2, with any time over 80 hours in a two-week period counted as overtime.
