Buffett, acquired Precision Castparts Corp. /*generated inline style */ Job Description Primary Duties Responsibilities: •Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.•Assembles parts to form complete units or subassemblies.•Works to meet all production requirements and quotas.•Produces quality subassemblies or units.•Uses hand tools and small power tools in an efficient manner.•Prepares workstation appropriately and when assignment is complete leaves the workstation in acceptable condition.•Meets expectations after initial training.•Works within specified production time frame, including mandatory overtime.•Maintains a good knowledge of all manufacturing operations and processes within the department.•Performs job as instructed, must not deviate or change the process.•Ability to work overtime as needed•Other duties as assigned Required Skills:•Electronic assembly experience with a production quota in place, preferred. •Experience working with automated equipment.•Experience working with production requirements and quotas.•Have good hand/eye coordination and mechanical skills.Experience Education •High School Diploma or GED preferred•0-1 years of experience required•Strong mechanical aptitude /*generated inline style */ All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. /*generated inline style */ For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $17.00 to $18.50 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
