Hydraulic Inspector FitterThe most intricate aerospace components and structures, inspected and assembled by you.As a part of our Production team working for our MRO site (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul), this Inspector Fitter role is a key part of our Hydraulics team. Youll work with the latest equipment and gain valuable experience in aircraft production. What will I be doing?•tThe production plan will demand various work-scopes to include test repair, repair or overhaul •tHydraulic units are tested on a rig to determine serviceability •tServiceable units are inspected to be released back to service•tFailed test units require disassembly and subsequent inspection to return the unit to serviceability•tParts are sentenced as serviceable, scrap or requiring repair•tPerforming minor rework such as hand salvage, blending damaged material, polishing may be required in conjunction with assessing parts/components for repair•tHydraulic units are fully assembled and tested to CMM drawing maintenance data•tResponsibility and confidence to sign off and stamp ones own work for safe release back into service in line with all relevant build documentation•tFlexible to cover multiple technical disciplines

Requirements:
