The Aircraft Crew Chief reports to the Customer Project Manager and is responsible for all the efficient execution of the maintenance, preventive maintenance and alterations performed under the authority of the FAA Certified Repair Station. The Aircraft Crew Chief performs tasks, within the scope of their normally assigned duties using established standards of quality and airworthiness.

Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • FAA Mechanic's Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating
  • Successful completion of at least one Falcon Initial Maintenance training class
  • APU Operation qualified
  • Engine Run Taxi qualified on at least one Falcon aircraft model
  • Three years leadership experience in aviation, preferably in business jet maintenance
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate subordinates
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Intermediate level computer skills including Word, Excel and project management applications
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • FAA Inspection Authorization (desired)
  • Associates Degree in Aviation field (desired)
