Perform an extensive and wide variety of duties within an Engineering Prototype environment. Follow Engineering work orders to perform the following: fabricate, structurally assemble, and install aircraft component systems. Work performed can be of a prototype or conformity article in nature, and in accordance with sketches and sealed drawing lists respectively.

Performs a wide variety of complex trouble shooting and general maintenance; millwright duties including carpentry, welding, plumbing, Machining, installing, constructing, dismantling, assembling, etc.; maintain complicated plant mechanical and structural equipment to eliminate down time and maintain an uninterrupted flow of production.

Perform diversified hand welding on a wide variety of complex assemblies, structures or products to produce clean fusion welded parts of metal and alloy to be used in aircraft production. Lay out, fit, and weld fabricated, cast, and forged component to assemble structural form such as airframe, tank, and pressure vessel.

Summary:Plan and perform a wide variety of complex planning, fabricating, installing, balancing, and repairing of air conditioning and refrigerant systems including, but not limited to, water chillers, cooling towers, roof top and split package units, walk-in and roll-around freezers, ice makers, drinking fountains, chemical testing, etc.

Performs a wide variety of complex planning, trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, installation, and repair on mechanical, electrical, Electronic, air, and hydraulic components of CNC production machines and equipment such as metal fabricating machines, material handling Systems, chilled water systems, high voltage motor control panels, fire protection devices, freeze protection devices, pn

Perform diverse and difficult visual, mechanical, and functional inspection duties on aircraft in the assembly process including but not limited to systems checks, testing, calibration, verification, measuring, and documentation of mechanical and cosmetic acceptance or rejection of components/systems; verify the aircraft has been manufactured to the latest aircraft production order, engineering

Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, modify and install various types of electronic equipment as well as related devices including but not limited to; radars, radio telecommunication, sonar and navigational systems. Apply technical knowledge of electronic principles in determining equipment malfunctions and maintain equipment operation.
