We are looking for 6 experienced level 3 assemblers to start work ASAP as temporary employees. These temporary employees will start work at 3:30pm #8211; 12:15am with the potential to work weekends and overtime as needed.

  • Accurate clocking of jobs
  • Responsible for the total quality of work performed
  • Complete work according to our established schedule
  • Operate equipment or hand tools in accordance to our established safety policies and procedures
  • Implement continuous improvement in work areas (6s)
  • Deliver defect free products and meet cycle time set for department
  • Meet established throughput objectives for the area while helping to maintain and reduce operating cost
  • Support production supervisor by providing training to less experienced operators or as directed by management
  • Detects malfunctions in assembly process such as damaged components or out of date/tolerance adhesives or fasteners
  • Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and inspection equipment
  • Able to read precision instruments such as micrometers and inspection equipment
  • Knowledge of principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of product
  • Must possess knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, and preventative maintenance
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and their applications
  • Must have knowledge of raw Materials, production processes, quality control, cost and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tool, and principles involved in assembly
  • Operate metal or plastic assembly equipment/machines.
  • Initiate and monitor continuous improvement projects.
