The Avionics Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all avionics related activities to ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency are consistently achieved.

  • Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
  • Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
  • Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.

  • Aligns parts on jigs using templates and fixtures.
  • Performs and/or assists with Depot-Level modifications and TCTD maintenance actions at customer locations across the US as part of Contract Field Team (CFT).
  • The successful candidate will perform all duties required to lay out, fabricate, and install electrical wiring or coaxial cable on aircraft.
  • Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.
  • Oversees assembly, disassembly or overhaul.
  • Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
  • Work from mechanical schematics and engineered drawings.
  • Work with Engineering, Quality Control, Manufacturing, vendor and customer representatives during definition, buildup, testing, and acceptance operations.
