QualificationsRequired• High school diploma or equivalent• Current A P License• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite• Knowledge of applicable FAR's and PSA General Maintenance Manual• Strong oral and written communication skills• Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills• Detail oriented with the ability to work independently, with no direct supervision, while exercising good judgment and a strong initiative• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (#8220;Word#8221; and #8220;Excel#8221;) and in the preparation and delivery of reports and presentations Preferred• Advanced technical degree in an engineering field, an aviation field, business administration or a closely related discipline• At least five years of experience in the maintenance of large aircraft with at least two years experience in a supervisory capacity• Experience with budgetary management, administration and control• Good working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations• Experience with management and administration of service contracts and agreements• Experience with #8220;Maintenix#8221; and #8220;AMES#8221; software•Program management experience, preferred Competencies To be successful at PSA, you should be: • Driven• Passionate• Adaptable• Respectful• Collaborative• Results-oriented To be successful in this position, you should be great at: • Problem solving/analysis• Communication (verbal and written)• Approachable• Coaching Development• Driving Excellence• Facilitating Change• Strategic Thinking Additional Information Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
