Helicopter AP Mechanic
We are looking to employ a newly licensed A P, who's interests lie in the rotary field. Someone who wants to see the world. Our team has worked every square inch of the globe and desires to keep exploring. We have operations in the USA and in Canada, with opportunities elsewhere over time. We're not talking the fixed base type of rotary business, which is much more akin to fixed wing. We are talking the frontiers of the planet and the type of work that makes helicopters wonders to behold. We offer to train the right individual in every aspect of helicopter operations. If someone thinks that takes place in a hangar then they're in the wrong business. Without a bucket you have no helicopter. Without a multi-hook carousel you have no helicopter. Without fuel at the right place and time you have no helicopter. You need to be able to tow and fix a trailer. Learn the local language in order to keep parts moving. This is why it's always the mechanic who learns the local language and meets the girls. The pilot is flying while the mechanic makes it all happen. We want to turn you into an expert in your field. Airframe and engine courses, yes. Canadian AME license, yes. How to keep that bird going so we all make money, yes. How to succeed through 4 seasons from -40C to +50C without a hangar or support from anyone external, yes. If you want to be an old school helicopter mechanic and maybe a Director of Maintenance or business owner one day, then this is for you. Looking for a sweat equity investor in a meritocracy that pays dividends (figuratively speaking!). Location: Central US (OK and TX) but must be willing to travel very far.
