If so, we want you to join our dynamic team as a Integration and Test Engineer on the Integrated Human Lander System (IHLS) Program.The IHLS ATLO organization is looking for a hardworking System Integration and Test Engineer. In this role you will participate in leading in the planning and execution of Assembly, Test and Launch Operations (ATLO). You will be responsible for developing procedures, and other documentation needed to conduct spacecraft testing at both the factory and the launch site. As a Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will:• Assist in designing the ATLO concept of operations for the Human Lander System.• Assist in selecting and implementing the latest productivity tools and methods to support our corporate Digital Transformation strategy.• Contribute to the creation of our program master test plan. • Understand and use the principles and disciplines of spacecraft Test Engineering including policy, procedures, process disciplines, operations, safety, and command media• Plan/Create/Execute assembly and test procedures.• Collaborate with external teams to solve spacecraft and/or GSE performance issues• Support test procedure closure activities in Automation Framework; support anomaly closure activities• Support Systems Engineering and Certified Principle Engineers (CPEs) in the verification of test requirements

Requirements: 

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience• Willingness to work overtime supporting off-shifts and weekends as neededDesired Skills:• Strong understanding of the Lockheed Martin processes for translating engineering data into manufacturing work instructions. • Experience with VECAMS creating and executing manufacturing work instructions• Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic and fast paced team environment with aggressive program schedules. • Experience evaluating and implementing new digital tools/software/methodologies• Experience shaping operations and/or developing new and better methods for performing work• Manufacturing or ATLO environment experience with direct hardware support• Familiarity with Automation Framework; experience in a test and requirements verification environment• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change• Ability to build strong relationships with team members and build consensus among peers
