Essential Duties·Contribute towards a team effort through coordinating with multiple departments to ensure a safe, efficient and profitable operation·Seek to serve Rainier's customers with the highest quality of customer service·Perform maintenance and repair on a variety of aircraft in compliance with manufacturers and FAA guidelines and regulations, Rainier policies and procedures, and return aircraft to service in airworthy condition·Communicate with team leader on job progression at regular intervals, including time and material estimates for jobs·Prepare documentation, repair and maintenance records, and other required paperwork as per appropriate regulations and procedures·Clean and maintain work areas in an organized and acceptable condition to provide safety and a professional image·Develop and maintain a standard for work to be completed in a timely and efficient manner·Communicate with customers as directed on technical issues·Research parts needed for aircraft and complete parts request. Assure that parts are ordered in time to meet aircraft repair schedule·Research service bulletins, service letters, and AD's for estimates and assist in progress decisions·Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions·Comply with all safety rules including but not limited to wearing and using all appropriate safety equipment ·Complete work orders and provide to Maintenance Manager in timely manner·Perform duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager

Requirements: 

#183;Communicate with co-workers, management, customers and others in a courteous and professional manner·Maintain current A P certificate·Ability to work on ladders, bending, stooping and lifting equipment up to 75 pounds·Ability to work nights, weekends and flexible schedules as needed
