Rate: $33.47/hr plus an additional $3.00/hr lead premiumCompletion Bonus: $4,000 after 12 consecutive months of employmentLodging/Meal Card Direct hire with PAE including full benefits Job DescriptionKwajalein Atoll LUH-72 Site LeadSite Lead for a LUH-72 maintenance program consisting of eight employees, four helicopters and associated equipment and facilities. Supervises assigned employees and assists employees with administrative issues. Works with PAE management to ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures from PAE, RASM-P and Kwajalein Range Services (KRS). Maintains accountability of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and facilities. Coordinates with customer to ensure aircraft are maintained in a constant readiness state to meet all assigned missions. Establishes a maintenance production plan to ensure scheduled maintenance requirements are met and aircraft are available. Applies technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and applies technical expertise in restoring equipment condition and operation. Uses professional technical expertise and guidance to solve complex problems. Must have a detailed knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment and other special tools as required. Must possess excellent organizational skills in prioritizing workload to meet aircraft mission schedule. Must have knowledge of Helotrac system and be able to make entries in aircraft logs and records. Responsible for providing guidance and technical expertise to lower level technicians throughout all aircraft modifications and/or maintenance efforts. Required to coordinate replacement parts and consumable item replacements as required.Must have an A&P License. #8226; Must have 10 years Aviation experience with at least five years LUH-72 / EC-145 experience. #8226; Must be High School graduate or equivalent #8226; Must have a current NACI/NACLC investigation #8226; Must pass and maintain a U.S. Government background security check #8226; Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. #8226; Must have a valid U.S. Passport.
