Maintenance Station Manager: Reports to Manager of Maintenance The Station Manager is responsible for all maintenance and maintenance personnel assigned to their station. Duties and Responsibilities: 1 - Ensure that the contract maintenance perform their work in compliance with standards of EASTERN Airlines GMM.2 - Coordinate with MX Control and Maintenance Planning for schedule maintenance and ensure station has manning, equipment and adequate support to accomplish all work assigned.3 - Coordinate with MX Control and contact locale MX support in case of unscheduled maintenance and AOG situations. 4 - Maintain company aircraft in airworthy conditions all the time. 5 - Responsible for directing and providing guideline to all personnel to station. 6 - Complies with company policies and procedures in all company manuals. 7 - Manage the scheduling of maintenance and inspection so as to not exceed the resources capability of stations. 8 - Ensure use of approved or accepted technical data for accomplishment of all maintenance tasks. 9 - Monitor and ensure to clear and/or assign any discrepancies and open MELs, DMIs on the aircraft with in timely manner. 10 - Monitor and coordinate stations and Line Maintenance training requirements with DQC and DOM. 11 - Ensure all maintenance performed on the aircraft is performed IAW all manufacturer and EASTERN manuals.12 - Perform other duties as assigned and directed by the Manager of Line Maintenance.

  • Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License
  • Valid Driver#8217;s License.
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands on Aviation Maintenance experience.
  • Min of 5 years on B-767 experience.
  • Min of 2 years of supervisory position experience.
  • Capable of clearly communicate in English.
  • No limitation or restriction of lifting weight with in normal human limits.

This position is based in JFKDOT drug screen required.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Benefits available: Medical, Dental, Vision, VTL and 401K.EOEParticipates in E-Verify.
