Manager, Station Material - JFK
Reports to: Senior Manager of Material Duties and Responsibilities: 1 - Coordinate required material and tooling associated with Station Maintenance requirements as requested by Department Manager.2 - Coordinates with Station and Department Managers to setup stockroom to support the station operation. 3 - Maintain accurate records of material acquisitions, movement, storage, installation and return/repair of component.4 - Maintain inventor of common hardware and consumable material. 5 - Ensure required components and material are delivered with all documentation as applicable to all Company and Regulatory Regulations. 6 - Perform receiving inspection as required and assigned by DQC. 7 - Coordinate receiving and shipment of HAZMAT. 8 - Maintain updated record of all components and material certificates. 9 - Purchase material as directed to assist company buyers.10 - Participate in Maintenance and Maintenance Planning Meeting. 11 - Ensure compliance with EASTERN Airlines General Maintenance Manual. 12 - Provide AOG after hours support as may directed by the Manager of Material. 13 - Other projects and/or duties as assigned by Department Head.
Job Requirements: 1 - Resident of the State that he/she is applying for.2 - Possession of valid Driver#8217;s License from State of Residency. 3 - 5 years of Aviation experience.4 - 3 years of Stockroom control experience. 5 - Warehouse experience. 6 - Able to lift Heavy weight as required to do his job and duties. 7 - Dual language preferred.
