We are looking for the best and brightest to fly and land with us!Mechanical Design Engineer Co-Op Supports the Design and Development team to mature products. Activities will consist of participating in trade studies, performing modeling, drafting requests including GD T, determining ITC export classifications, and updating design documentation as well as supporting the test, mechanical, and electrical design groups, and potentially performing initial stress analysis. Additionally there may be duties associated with Continuous Improvement, Environmental Health and Safety, and Job Hazard Assessments.

Requirements: 

Basic Qualifications*Education / Certifications High school diploma, or equivalent and at least two (2) years Or sophomore standing in an undergraduate study of Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. *Experience / Qualifications The Mechanical Engineering co-op position should have a high school diploma, or equivalent and at least two (2) years or sophomore standing in an undergraduate study of Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering preferred. Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder.Nothing matters more to Collins Aerospace than our strong ethical and safety commitments.
