  • Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
  • Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
  • Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.

Established in 1972, Mayday Avionics has been an industry leader in avionics installations, autopilot service, and avionics repair services for over 50 years. Mayday Avionics holds FAA Radio Class 1, 2, 3 ratings, Instrument Class 3 for instrument repairs; along with Limited Airframe and Engine ratings to support aircraft maintenance functions.

Job Responsibilities:- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.- Be familiar with all hand tools applicable for the tasks.- Fabricate wiring harnesses.- Installation of wiring harnesses.- Termination of wiring harnesses.- Clamping of wiring harnesses.- Able to use a multimeter.- Assist with operational testing of avionics systems.- Troubleshoot systems as required.Experience Require
