This position will be cross-trained and cross-utilized in various CRO specialty shops including but not limited to: Sheet Metal, Composite, Wheels, Brakes, Welding, Mechanical Accessory, Electrical, Avionics, Kit Fabrication, and Engines.

This position will perform general maintenance tasks in support of the component repair process to include, but is not limited to cleaning, painting, and sanding in accordance with applicable manuals and internal processes and policies.

You will consult and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine the best method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. The A P Tech position also will perform typical maintenance actions including bolting, torqueing, rigging, and safety wiring to include the removal and replacement of aircraft components, engines and flight controls.

The Avionics Technician performs a variety of installation and maintenance of avionics hardware and wiring assemblies at customer standards of quality. The Avionics Tech will conduct operational checks, troubleshooting and the repair of avionics and electrical systems on all types of aircraft.

Perform aircraft composite maintenance, repair, and/or modification on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data, customer maintenance program requirements, within estimated or budgeted hours and within FAA and customer standards of quality.

Perform the work of a painter in the repair, modification, service and overhaul of all preparation/painting of aircraft equipment and/or related equipment on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data, customer maintenance program requirements, within estimated or budgeted hours and within FAA and customer standards of quality. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Our Structures Tech position is an exciting opportunity to perform structure maintenance, repair, and/or modification on customer aircraft. This position will be required to perform, to some degree, maintenance on building systems and maintenance on motorized equipment.

Any employee designated as Lead Mechanic by PEMCO shall perform work as an Aircraft Mechanic for a major portion of the time and assume responsibility for the satisfactory completion and quality of all job assignments.
