Semi Skilled Mechanic LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Semi Skilled Mechanic for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA. Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Outside Repair Technical Analyst performs as a semi-skilled mechanic in the processing of unserviceable components to our vendors for repair.

Position Overview:Performs structural and sheet metal repairs and modifications to aircraft, accessories and associated equipment. Must be knowledgeable with the operation and maintenance of structural metal equipment and machinery. Applies comprehensive technical knowledge and experience to solve structural repair problems.

Performing heavy maintenance on King Air, Citation, Challenger and Gulfstream aircraft.

A working lead who performs maintenance tasks and provides training, direction, and guidance to assigned personnel to conduct Non-Destructive Inspections (NDI) of assigned aircraft, engines, and support equipment. Directs the NDI and Oil Analysis Programs (OAP) and ensures the highest quality standards.

Responsible for accomplishment of NDI and OAP Inspections. Performs NDI Inspection IAW established equipment and procedures, develops and reads X-Ray Film, and records defects as required. Maintains proficiency on all test equipment and completes all maintenance forms applicable. Will accomplish Level II Certification within 90 days after meeting requirements of NAS 410.

** GRADUATION FROM THE U.S. AIR FORCE NDI SCHOOL OR THE EQUIVALENT IS REQUIRED**RESPONSIBILITIES SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Assists the lead person in directing the maintenance activities of assigned personnel. Performs the duties of a Level II according to MIL-STD-41 0 to perform nondestructive inspections of aircraft, engines, and ground support equipment.
