EAA News: Beechcraft Appoints Edwards Jet Center as New Authorized Service Center in the Northwest
Beechcraft Corporation and its aftermarket service and support organization, Hawker Beechcraft Global Customer Support (GCS), announced at the annual Experimental Aircraft Association's (EAA) AirVenture in Oshkosh, WI, the appointment of Edwards Jet Center (EJC) in Billings, MT, as an authorized service center (ASC) for the company’s King Air, Baron and Bonanza products.
“Edwards is the largest FBO in the state of Montana but it’s their professionalism and knowledge of Beechcraft that makes this an ideal partnership,” says Christi Tannahill, senior vice president, Global Customer Support. “EJC’s strategic location gives Beechcraft operators traveling through the northwest United States convenient access to technical expertise for anything from basic to heavy maintenance.”
Edwards Jet Center, which began operations in 1947, is a full-service FBO, FAA certified repair station and FAA Part 135 on-demand charter operator located at Billings Logan International Airport (KBIL). EJC’s maintenance team includes 18 full-time A&P mechanics with a wide range of capabilities for piston, turboprop and turbine aircraft.
