C&L Aerospace, a C&L Aviation Group company, is named the recommended vendor for CT7 ECMP and non-ECMP LRU-services support by GE Aviation. GE Aviation has completed the transition and will no longer offer CT7 LRU support as part of the ECMP program; however, operators of both CT7-5A2 and CT7-9B engines will have the option to utilize C&L Aerospace for their LRU-support needs.

(NASDAQ:ATSG), announces it has received supplemental type certification (STC) approval from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B) modifications on Boeing 757, 767-200, and 767-300 aircraft. The Airborne solution includes many cost-saving features while minimizing aircraft downtime and upgrade expense to comply with satellite-based augmentation system (S-BAS) requirements mandated by the FAA for 2025.

Hartzell Propeller's carbon fiber composite two- and three-blade Trailblazer replacement props for Maule short takeoff and landing (STOL) aircraft have received a supplemental type certificate (STC). Hartzell's 80-inch diameter Top Props can replace Hartzell and McCauley propellers on the backcountry aircraft.

Banyan Air Service, based at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, completes its first installation of a Gogo AVANCE L5 system on a Bombardier Challenger 300. The project involved the removal of the interior, installation of the L5 system, re-installation of the interior and the final touch-up paint. The project was completed in less than three weeks, without any discrepancies, and within the projected budget.
