Elliott Aviation to Offer Maintenance Tracking App

Elliott Aviation, an aviation services company, announces it is launching a custom maintenance-tracking app titled Elliott Connect. The company is currently in beta testing and planning to offer the service to all customers at its three service centers by the first quarter of 2018.

The application allows customers to manage their aircraft online through a website or a mobile app. They can apply change orders and quotes, review invoices, work orders and manage warranty program information. It allows them to upload documents and photos related to their aircraft directly from their device and communicate with team members to answer questions.

Elliott Connect has already been successfully tested with a customer on a Citation 650 Doc 8 inspection. The application will be available for work orders that include maintenance, paint, interior or avionics.

“The Elliott Connect system is an essential tool in enhancing the communication process for our customers,” says Greg Sahr, president of Elliott Aviation. “This is especially valuable in the cases of large work scopes and is another way that customers can continually monitor the progress of their aircraft while it is at our facility.”

Elliott Aviation is a second-generation, family-owned business aviation company offering a complete menu of high-quality products and services including: aircraft sales; avionics service & installations; aircraft maintenance; accessory repair & overhaul; paint and interior; charter and aircraft management. Serving the business aviation industry nationally and internationally, is has facilities in Moline, IL; Des Moines, IA; and Minneapolis, MN. The company is a member of the Pinnacle Air Network, National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), National Air Transportation Association (NATA), and National Aircraft Resale Association (NARA).
