737 Hangar Mechanic

Swift Air is seeking full time highly experienced and independent Electrician/Avionics, Structure, and General aircraft hangar technicians for the maintenance department based in Greensboro, NC. This position will perform scheduled maintenance and interior conversion on Swift Air#8217;s B-737 fleet. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must follow all safety rules
  • Follow all FAA rules and regulations regarding the assigned task by Swift Air Maintenance Supervisor or production manager
  • Follow instructions given by aircraft manufacturer or Maintenance Manual
  • Must follow Swift Air General Maintenance Manual
  • Must closely communicate with Swift Air Quality Control
  • Must sign and return completed paperwork prior to leaving the MX facility

Qualifications -The following outlines our minimum requirements for applicants:

  • A Valid mechanic Airframe & Powerplant FAA license
  • Minimum 40 hours B-737 FAM course
  • Minimum 5 yrs of aircraft heavy maintenance/hangar work
  • Possession of full set of aircraft mechanic tools for skills as specified
  • Able and willing to work nights and weekends
