  • Independently perform a variety of aircraft modifications and maintenance functions such as removal and installations of airframes, landing gear, engine components, electrical components, and control systems to assure conformance to procedures, performances and test specifications.
  • Perform a variety of tasks in production wiring / harness assembly.
  • Product material knowledge includes wires (stranded, solid, shielded), shrink wrap, power cabling, wire ties, connectors, switches, pots, terminals, panels, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Possess ability to understand schematics, wire lists, wire diagrams and assembly drawings.

Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies.

  • Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on cable assemblies which includes installing cables, connectors and circuit card assemblies.
  • Ability to work from diagrams and drawings, make initial layouts, and use hand and/or power tools.

Performs a variety of mechanical duties involving diagnosis of malfunctions and required maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly or adjustment of various aircraft systems in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations. C-130 Flightline and Hangar support.

  • Ability to read and interprets prints, labeling diagrams, and mixing ratios.
  • Operate several different types of dispensing and PVA coating machines to meet customer specifications.
  • Mask and/or tape circuit boards in areas that are to be free of conformal coating or potting.
  • Inspect assemblies to ensure proper coating coverage.
  • Minimum of Three yearsrsquo; experience working with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) material.
  • Minimum of Three yearsrsquo; experience in IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 soldering
  • Demonstrated printed circuit knowledge and experience
  • Experienced with working in an Electro Static Discharge (ESD) environment
  • SMT Soldering to IPC and/or J-STD standards.
  • Soldering and Printed Circuit Board assembly working in an Electro Static Discharge (ESD) environment.
  • Use hand tools to build circuit card assemblies.
  • Work using a Microscpoe utilizing electronic work instructions.

  • Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
  • Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
  • Maintains FAA/Military and Production records and inspection forms.
  • May fuel and groom the aircraft in preparation for flight test and/or customer delivery.
  • Receives technical guidance, as required from Supervisor, Engineering, or higher-level technician, with any complex aircraft relevant tasks.
  • Use of hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment.

REQUIRED 1 - 2 years experience with:
