- Read and understand complex electrical drawings and schematics.
- Assist in the installation, modification and fabrication of wiring and electrical components, fixtures, and associated equipment per applicable publications and/ or OEM specifications.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and test avionics and instrument systems installed on various airframes.
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
- Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
- Adhere to Company General Work Requirements for factory, shop and or hangar positions.
- Perform routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance.
- Inspect aircraft and systems.
- Complete required paperwork to comply with Federal Regulations and Company procedures.
- Disassemble and clean aircraft components/parts.
- Adhere to General Work Requirements.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete and complies with engineering specifications, manufacturers maintenance manual, and Repair Station/Quality Control Manual prior to end-of-shift.
- Will be responsible for installing all mechanical parts on the assembly of the helicopter, such as rotor head, transmissions, engines, hydraulic lines and flight controls.
- May work in areas cramped and/or little room.
- Will work from engineering drawings and job cards and follow the production schedule.
