Avionics Technician

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair, testing, installation and inspection of aircraft electronic equipment and systems; removal and reassembly of aircraft interior and instrument panels; fabrication and testing of avionics wiring harnesses; pitot-static systems testing and repair, and maintaining repair station records and documents as required.

Under minimal supervision, performs inspections, maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexity on aircraft systems and structures.

  • In a team oriented work environment, under moderate supervision, performs a variety of structural assembly operations in a production department.

As an aircraft electrician, candidate will be responsible to perform, oversee and provide guidance with various types of fabrication and installation of harnesses that control complex components on aircraft, such as engines, propeller systems, and flight control systems. Candidate will support live testing of engines and propellers, flight line servicing, towing, and delivery of aircraft.
