Job Summary:The Aircraft Maintenance Technician reports to the Aircraft Crew Chief for assignment of work scope tasks and is responsible for the efficient execution of the work scope tasks assigned.

Build aircraft parts, sub-assemblies and assemblies using blueprints, CATIA models, company standards and/or work instructions.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operating, testing, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing and inspecting of all avionics and electrical systems on the aircraft.

As a Flight Line Mechanic you will be responsible for operating, testing, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting all aircraft systems. Proficiently operate and understand a wide variety of test equipment and tooling. Must be able to interpret technical manuals and engineering data to support tasks.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Under the direction of the Avionics Crew Lead, this position is responsible for maintaining and installing avionics systems and performing complex troubleshooting, testing and repair of avionics systems and equipment.

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician Apprentice shall serve as a learning program under the supervision of the Maintenance Technician. The position will require basic electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills. The role of the Maintenance Technician Apprentice is to assist the Maintenance Technician and to perform general duties as assigned.
