Role Description:

  • Supervise all maintenance workflows, including scheduling and work assignments.
  • Continuously seek ways to optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and enhance shop organization.
  • Provide direct management and supervision to shop floor staff.
  • Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, and unscheduled maintenance activities.
