We have immediate opportunities for a Maintenance Coordinator in White Plains, NY. Primary Duties:

  • Coordinate aircraft maintenance
  • Perform aircraft maintenance
  • Complete aircraft records per the Gama General Maintenance Manual
  • Ensure maintenance is conducted in a safe and compliant manner
  • Assist in completion of annual maintenance budgets
  • Perform aircraft pre-departure and post-arrival inspections
  • Monitor aircraft aesthetic condition
  • Assist with aircraft owner/passenger service duties
  • Liaise with OEM Field Service Representative and support teams
  • Other aircraft support duties as required by the aircraft owner

Experience:

  • Working knowledge of Code of federal Regulations
  • Experience with maintenance tracking programs
  • Understanding of corporate jet maintenance, inspections, record keeping, scheduling and logbook entries
  • Challenger 300 experience (5 years preferred)

Job Requirements:

  • FAA Airframe and Power Plant Certificate (10 years minimum) meeting recent experience requirements
  • Avionics background, preferred
  • Airframe and engine initial training
  • Engine run and taxi type training
  • Cabin Management System training, preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills required Personal drive to achieve goals, prioritize work and manage time to optimize productivity
  • Flexible work schedule; this position will have varying shifts and work days depending on flight demands
  • Valid Driver#8217;s License
  • Personal, non-specialized tools
