Full time position for an IA that is highly driven and works well with people and customers. COMPENSATION WILL BE SALARY PLUS PROFIT SHARING. THIS IS A HIGHLY COMPENSATED POSITION. This person will be in charge of the scheduling and supervising of all work, parts ordering, and overseeing the day to day operations. This position is for an AP with IA. IA is a MUST!! You must have extensive experience inrepairs and inspections of single and twin piston aircraft, including generalknowledge of models-Cessna, Piper, Beech, and Socata. These are definiterequirements for this position. Additional qualifications• Education: HS diploma required.• Licenses: FAA Airframe and Powerplant With Inspector Authorization. • Experience: 10 years in aviation maintenance, primarily piston single and twin airplanes. Turbine aircraft maintenance is a plus.• Computer Skills: Basic data entry including Microsoft Word• Other Required skills:• Excellent team building and communications skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.• Must be able to supervise and manage.• Detail Oriented-Very important because we perform very high quality work.• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.• Must have good command of the English language, oral and written.• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management.• Excellent negotiation skills• Team player• Commitment to company values.
