ADS-B – Don’t Delay!

The ADS-B mandate is fast approaching. Some of you may think, “It’s over two and a half years away – we have plenty of time!”

Don’t fool yourselves. Although there is technically still plenty of calendar time left, the number of facilities that can perform ADS-B updates is limited, and their slots are filling up fast. I have talked to various repair stations, and they are all concerned that the ability to upgrade all the aircraft that need to have ADS-B installations is nearing the critical point. If you haven’t upgraded your aircraft to ADS-B yet, you need to start planning SOON!
