AeroParts Announces Michael Busby as Vice President of Sales

AeroParts Now™, developer of the aviation industry’s most advanced parts inventory management and sales software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, announces that Michael Busby has been named vice president of sales. Busby’s position with AeroParts Now will commence immediately.

Busby has more than 15 years of combined parts, MRO and OEM experience in aerospace companies, most recently as sales manager at Inventory Locator Service, LLC (ILS). Prior to that, Busby served in management roles at Dassault, Dallas Aeronautical Services, Applied Composites Engineering, and Bombardier.

“Mike is a crucial addition to our management team as we accelerate new growth within the AeroParts Now platform,” says Sam Simon, chairman and founder of Simon Group Holdings, AeroParts Now’s parent company. “His experience with our customer base will ensure we are integrated into core operations of aerospace companies, especially MROs and OEMs. The rapid growth experienced in the last few months means that we are transitioning the company from a startup organization to a major commerce platform of the aerospace industry, and Mike rounds out the executive team.”

Busby reports to Jeff Jerge, CEO of AeroParts Now.

“I am excited to join the AeroParts Now team,” says Busby, adding, “AeroParts Now is unlike any other technology platform in the industry, and they are leading the way on supply-chain solutions.”

Busby received his BS in aerospace administration from Middle Tennessee State University and is on the board of the Tennessee Business Aviation Association (TnBAA).
