Youll also have the opportunity to work in a modern, inspiring environment.Job DescriptionThe Aircraft Maintenance Planner is responsible for issuing maintenance schedules for the fleet. Responsible for the logistics of parts dispatching to different maintenance stations, the incumbent ensures the follow-up and respect of timelines of planned work. A team player possessing strong interpersonal skills, he will work with the departments to ensure effective coordination for the purchase or shipping of parts to stations where maintenance of our aircraft is being performed.Known for his rigor and leadership skills, the incumbent will also be responsible for issuing the technical documentation necessary for the proper maintenance of the fleet.

  • Prepare the aircraft’s maintenance work schedule;
  • Ensure respect of timelines;
  • Prepare required documentation;
  • Coordinate the distribution of parts to various stations;
  • Ensure the follow-up of missing parts with technical purchasing and storekeepers.

Requirements: 

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of technical operations;
  • 1 to 3 year-experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Planner, an asset;
  • Bilingualism (English/French): essential;
  • Knowledge of basic software (Excel, Word, etc ...);
  • Basic knowledge of AMOS;
  • Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and leadership;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Good analytical skills, stress management, and ability to adapt.
