The shop AMT is responsible for ensuring repairs and inspections accomplished for Worthington Repair Services are completed properly while balancing safety and efficiency. This individual shall be knowledgeable with the Worthington Repair Service Repair Station Manual and support the policies and procedures contained therein. This position is a key contributor to the Worthington Repair Service (Worthington Repair Service) division.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Safely and efficiently accomplish maintenance/inspection functions as required to repair and inspect products being processed
  • Report to the WRS Manager for duty assignments
  • Complete internal company forms, work orders, and repair
  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate expendables are available as needed to support the shop
  • Responsible for keeping the shop clean
  • Work closely with Warehouse team members to ensure parts are transferred and tracked
Requirements: 
  • Requires a High School diploma/GED
  • Hold an FAA Airman Certificate with Airframe and Power plant rating, or a minimum of 5 years of aviation experience
  • Proficient with applicable FARrsquo;s as required to perform the job
  • Utilize problem-solving methodologies for process
  • Computer competent with good organizational
  • Follow written and/or oral instructions
  • Speak clearly, concisely, and effectively; listen to, and understand information and ideas
