Aircraft Mechanic
Job Title: A&P MechanicUp to $60/hr including per diem depending on experience. Located in Allentown, PA.Job DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated A&P Mechanics to join our repair station team at Lehigh Valley Airport. This role requires working on the off shift, either 2nd shift or weekends, providing an opportunity to engage in heavy maintenance and repair work on a variety of aircraft, with a focus on corporate jets.Responsibilities
- Perform heavy maintenance on a variety of aircraft, specifically corporate jets such as Falcon, Gulfstream, Learjet, Hondajet, Hawker, Cessna, and Challenger.
- Conduct inspections, overhauls, and repairs in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Utilize personal tools to efficiently execute maintenance tasks.
- Work in a Gulfstream repair station, with a preference for experience on models such as G400 and G500.
- Be adaptable to working with rotary wing aircraft and leveraging military experience where applicable.
- Be available for overtime work as needed to meet operational demands.
Essential Skills
- Possession of a valid A&P License.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy maintenance.
- Expertise in aircraft maintenance, inspection, and repair.
- Familiarity with corporate jets, particularly those from Falcon, Gulfstream, Learjet, Hondajet, Hawker, Cessna, and Challenger.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Preference for experience with specific Gulfstream models such as G400 and G500.
- Open to candidates with experience in rotary wing maintenance.
- Military experience with an A&P is considered a plus.
- Ownership of personal tools necessary for the job.
