Aircraft Repair Technician
Job Title: Aircraft Repair TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking candidates with experience in automotive repair who are eager to cross-train in repairing and overhauling landing gear. Candidates must possess mechanical assembly experience and be capable of reading from prints. Daily use of calipers, micrometers, and basic hand tools is essential for this role.Responsibilities
- Repair and overhaul aircraft landing gear.
- Perform mechanical assembly tasks.
- Read and interpret technical prints.
- Utilize calipers, micrometers, and basic hand tools efficiently.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.
- 1.5+ years of experience in automotive repair, particularly with brakes, engines, and hydraulic/pneumatic components.
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and calibration tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with aviation, recreational vehicles, boats, military fleet, or ground support equipment repair is a plus.
